Measurement principle: Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR)

The ATR "tunnel cells" are designed for measurements in the sample space of the spectrometer. They are ideal for the chemical analysis of fluids in the IR range. The two Hellma products offered are the Katana TNL 120 and Katana TNL 130.
